Where do you currently operate?
We focus on Orlando resort corridors (Disney, Bonnet Creek, Universal, and I-Drive). If you’re staying at a nearby vacation rental inside a 1 mile service radius to a supported hotel, we can deliver. View the live map and search tool on our Where We Deliver page to confirm coverage instantly.
Do I need to be onsite for delivery?
Not in the vast majority of cases, but certain hotels require that we meet you in person. Your reserve confirmation will include these details. We'll also text you when we've either dropped off your kit or are close to your stay.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Florida storms happen. We've got you covered with Rain Ponchos as an add-on to your order.

Booking & Availability

How do I reserve a ShadeReady cooling kit?
Book directly on our reservation page. Pick your hotel, select an available delivery window, and pay securely online. We send confirmations and day-of reminders so you always know the plan.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend locking in your kit as soon as your hotel stay is confirmed. Same-week and even same-day delivery is often possible, but peak summer weekends book fast.
Can I book ShadeReady through my hotel?
Most guests book directly with us so they can choose add-ons and delivery times. Some partner hotels list ShadeReady as a preferred amenity—if you spotted us through your concierge, you can still complete checkout here.

Pricing, Payments & Refunds

What’s included in the price?
Your rate includes the gear in your selected bundle or custom kit, plus delivery/pickup coordination. Frozen ice packs are included with the Igloo MaxCold cooler. Multi-day discounts are applied automatically. Sales tax is calculated at checkout, and a delivery fee may apply for smaller orders.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit cards through our secure Stripe checkout. You’ll be charged when the reservation is confirmed, and we’ll only apply damage fees if equipment is returned unusable.
Do you require a deposit?
No refundable deposit is required. In rare cases, we may place a temporary hold if you’re renting a large number of kits for a group stay.

Do you provide cooling towels, hand fans, or neck fans?
Yes. You can add cooling towels plus hand, neck, and stroller fans during booking. The Couples Cool Kit and Family Cooler Kit both come prebuilt with cooling gear, and you can customize either bundle before checkout.
What makes your kits different from buying gear at the park?
We buy the good stuff—blades-free fans that don’t yank hair, towels that reactivate instantly with water, leak-resistant coolers, and hydration boosts that stay cold all day. Everything arrives ready to use so you spend less time shopping and more time enjoying the day.
Can I request extra comfort items?
Absolutely. Add-ons like extra cooling towels, electrolyte boosts, or kid-friendly accessories are available during checkout. If you don’t see what you need, leave a note on your reservation and we’ll confirm availability.

Changes, Cancellations & Support

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery window for a full refund. Inside 24 hours we’ll do our best to rebook, but late cancellations may incur the day’s rental fee.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Text or email us right away. Normal wear is expected, but lost or heavily damaged gear may be billed at replacement cost. We’ll inspect each kit during pickup and follow up with clear documentation if anything needs attention.
How do I reach support?
Reply to any confirmation email, text us using the contact info in your reservation, or submit the contact form for pre-trip questions. We monitor messages from 7 AM to 7 PM EST and escalate urgent delivery issues to our ops team immediately.
